Villa Sole is on two levels: on the upper floor the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and the second double bedroom with bathroom.

The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beaches of Cala Granu and is located in one of the most prestigious places in the heart of Costa Smeralda, a five minutes drive from the center of Porto Cervo and the famous Marina, where the most luxurious yachts of the word are. The beaches of Pevero, Capriccioli, Romazzino and la Celvia are very close too, and that are one of the most beautiful and famous in Sardinia.
At few minute drive the Golf Court of Pevero with the most famous restaurants of the Coast. Private parking in the fenced area for 2 cars, Villa Sole is a quiet area away from the crowd, where you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort, but at steps from everything you can enjoy of the exclusive touristic attractions in Costa Smeralda.

To secure your booking you need to make an advance payment of 30% of the total amount.
A 30% deposit by bank transfer is required at the booking,( not refundable) and balance 30 days before arrival by paypall or by bank transfer. A security deposit of 400 Euros for any damages is required, to be paid with the balance.
The property does not have weekend tariffs
